My entry for 's contest to create a new form for a Legendary Pokemon. ([link] I chose Jirachi.

Jirachi (Hope Form)
Origin: Chang'e (the Moon Lady). Overall shape resembles a comet.
Etymology: From желать, which means "wish" in Russian.

Ability: Serene Grace
Hidden Ability: N/A
To Obtain: If Jirachi knows the move Cherished Dream ( The user falls asleep. In return, all non-fainted Pokemon in the party, including Jirachi, are healed.), it will change into its Hope Form.
Dex:
1. Jirachi is said to be able to grant wishes. It changes its appearance during times of great optimism or utter despair.
2. Once in a millennium, Jirachi comes down to Earth encased in a crystal. It is said to grant a person's most secret, cherished wish.

Jirachi has no gender.
