Scraggy - Alola Form

When Scraggy came to the Alola region, it had to adjust to the climate; surrounded by water, it suddenly became a lot easier for Scraggy to keep its body temperature in check. To keep its skin damp, the Alolan Scraggy makes its home near the shoreline; it dunks its body into the ocean and soaks up water with its absorbent shed skin. It can carry around water like this for 24 hours! Whenever it feels dry, it pulls its shed skin over its body and wets itself. The Alolan Scraggy shows interest in surfing, and Trainers often take them out to the waves on surfing runs!
